Regarding alternative investments HNW is focussing on innovative investment instruments like private equity, emerging markets, structured products, commodity linked products and high yield bonds. Thereby some very innovative and promising products are being added to/become available for the classical asset allocation reducing the total risk of a portfolio.

HNW takes an active part in selecting investment opportunities in the areas of venture capital, growth capital and buy-out-transactions. After carrying out an independent due diligence HNW offers equity holdings or capital stock to international capital market investors. On request HNW is representing the investor during the investment period, either by simply observing or by taking over a seat in the board of administration. HNW negotiates risk capital for promising investment opportunities and concentrates on a few selected transactions per year.

As the structure of these investments often has to be set out in greater detail, HNW places great emphasis on thoroughly consulting its clients.
